Delivery policy

We deliver to all seven emirates from our shop in Sharjah. Fees, free-delivery thresholds and same-day availability depend on the zone; the table below always shows the current values.

Time slots

• Morning 9 am – 1 pm · Afternoon 1 – 5 pm · Evening 5 – 9 pm
• Express (within 3 hours): central Sharjah only, extra fee, order by 7 pm.

Same-day delivery

Order before 2:00 PM (UAE time) for same-day delivery to zones marked "same day". Orders after the cut-off are delivered the next available day. On busy days (Valentine's, Mother's Day, Eid) slots may fill early.

Pickup from the shop

Choose "Pick up" at checkout and collect from North Hub, Al Zahia - Muwaileh Commercial - Sharjah during your chosen slot. No fee. Please bring your order number.

Surprise deliveries

With surprise mode, our driver won't call the recipient before arriving. If nobody answers the door, we will call the recipient and then you.

If a delivery can't be completed

• If the recipient is unavailable, we will try to leave the order with a neighbour, reception or security, with a photo as proof.
• Otherwise we return the order to the shop and contact you to arrange re-delivery (a fee may apply) or pickup.
• We can't be responsible for flowers left at an address on your instruction, or for an incorrect address.

Every delivery is photographed before it leaves the shop and on handover, and you'll see both photos on your order page.
