Terms & conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on this website with Misk Alyasmeen Flowers Trading L.L.C ("we", "us"), a company licensed in the Emirate of Sharjah (trade license 000000). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products

Flowers are natural products. Each bouquet is made by hand, so colours, stem count and shape may vary slightly from the photos. If a flower is unavailable we will replace it with one of equal or greater value and similar style, keeping the look of the design.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay. A tax invoice is available for every order. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before processing an affected order.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email or message. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if the address is outside our delivery zones, the item cannot be made, or we suspect fraud.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made within the chosen time slot to the address you provide. Please see our Delivery policy for zones, fees, same-day cut-off times and what happens if a delivery cannot be completed.

5. Cancellations and refunds

6. Card messages and content

You are responsible for the content of card and video messages. We may refuse messages that are offensive or unlawful.

7. Accounts

Keep your password private. Loyalty points, store credit and gift cards have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may expire as stated in your account.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, an unreachable recipient, or events beyond our control.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah.
