Misk Alyasmeen Flowers Trading L.L.C respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, mobile number, and optionally birthday and photo.
• Order details: recipient names, phone numbers and addresses, card messages, delivery photos, and video messages you choose to record.
• Payment: card payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage: basic analytics and error reports so we can keep the site fast and working.

How we use it

To prepare and deliver your orders, send order updates (email, WhatsApp, push), run your account and loyalty points, send reminders you set up, prevent fraud and meet our tax obligations. We send marketing only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time in your profile settings.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the shop: hosting and database (Google Firebase, Vercel), email (Resend), WhatsApp Business, the payment provider, and our delivery drivers, who see only what they need to deliver. We do not sell your data.

AI Bouquet Studio

Text you type into the studio is sent to our AI providers to generate designs. Please don't include sensitive personal information.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for at least 5 years as required by UAE tax law. Other data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account from your profile at any time.
